Responsibilities

- Own a product vertical end-to-end from a technology aspect, without any external help.
- Act as solutions architect for new development pieces
- Collaborate with other stakeholders for software development.
- Build and mentor a team of high performing individuals.
- Build capabilities and processes to become a strong technology player in the wealth-tech field.

Skills and Qualifications

- Must have thorough understanding of their technology stack that consists of Node.js, and any of the following: Angular, MySQL, React-Native, Elasticsearch.
- Must be willing to do hands-on coding as needed
- Must have a deep architectural understanding of modern day web applications.
- Should have a deep understanding of cloud services like AWS, GCP and Azure. Exposure to on-premise infrastructure is a plus.
- Must have thorough understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in hands-on software development.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in leadership roles.
- Should have managed a team 15 or more developers
- Should have exposure to enterprise sales, RFPs, technology diligence processes
- Must have done client prospect communication and managed escalation situations
- Must have executed multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong plus if you have previous experience in wealth management or capital markets

- Must have a passion for closing undertaken tasks
- Must have the ability work in fast paced, high pressure environment
- Must be able to manage his her time across multiple things. Must be extremely good with rapid context switching.
